We’ve acquired digital agency, Greenlight, in our biggest move yet!

We are beyond thrilled to announce that we have acquired leading digital performance and commerce agency Greenlight.

The alliance forges our global media and marketing empire numbering over 200 employees with a turnover of £30m from offices in London and Singapore that will focus on socially-driven growth.

We are excited that this transformational acquisition will bring Greenlight’s expertise in digital advertising, including performance, SEO and eCommerce to our existing strengths as a social marketing partner. With over 150 million followers and billions of monthly views across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok this acquisition will provide further opportunities for growth and a wider range of expertise to clients of both parties.

The acquisition also sees us unite our roster of clients such as Vodafone, Panasonic and Ellesse with Greenlight’s impressive portfolio of brand partners including New Balance, GHD and Superdry.
