Brave Bison, the independent digital media and social video broadcaster, announces it has successfully won a two-season deal following a competitive pitch to continue its four year relationship with the English Football League (EFL), the largest single body of professional clubs in European football.
The focus of the business will continue to be the generation of revenue across a full range of digital opportunities for EFL Digital, a collective of 58 club websites from within the League. For the first time, Brave Bison will also be working with the EFL on developing branded content for both existing and new EFL partners.
Pertinent to winning the pitch was Brave Bison’s positioning at the forefront of creating engaging influencer and social video content, as well as its ongoing investment in other football properties like Rebel FC and the Slash Football channel.
Claire Hungate, Chief Executive Officer at Brave Bison commented: “We are delighted to be building on our relationship with the EFL who will continue to benefit from our depth of commercial knowledge in generating revenue across digital platforms. Going forward, it is particularly rewarding to now have the chance to showcase our ideation and production skills too.
Russell Byrne, Head of Digital at EFL commented: “Brave Bison presented very clear plans on how we can execute different elements of our offering simply and effectively to maximise brand involvement and ultimately revenue. With a great track record already established and their knowledge and passion for the project, extending our relationship was the right decision to drive our digital activity forward.
