THE BRIEF

Replatform Euronics’ purchasing process, creating a seamless experience for both customers and agents with their partner network Combined Independent Holdings (CIH). 

HOW WE DID IT  

We chose SAP CX Commerce Cloud as our platform for its proven track record in delivering B2B and B2C experiences that fuel growth. 

Working alongside our ERP partner, Atos, we used workshops and interviews to create detailed specifications. This resulted in the ability to bring six agent purchase systems into one.

In the ‘build’ phase, we used ‘scrum ceremonies’ to work in an agile, iterative way. Following exhaustive testing, we delivered the platform with in-depth support and training.

The end result? An effortless search, browsing and ordering experience for customers and simpler invoices, credit management and product claims processing for agents.

Our approach

Launched in September 2018, the new state-of-the-art B2B commerce platform is capable of supporting sales end-to-end. Seamless integration into the core SAP ERP solution offers a frictionless user experience for customers and partner agents.
