Furniture Village was not only dealing with industry-wide supply chain issues, but they were also facing up to a change in consumer behaviour in the wake of the pandemic.
We built a strategy that enabled Furniture Village to expand its presence beyond its traditional audience, helping them to increase their reach and boost demand in an increasingly competitive market.
Recognising that Performance Max with a product feed could help reach potential customers more efficiently than existing Smart Shopping campaigns, we overhauled Furniture Village’s campaign structure.
By implementing Performance Max, we were able to develop a presence for the client across new platforms. We also leveraged Google’s AI to deliver the right message, to the right audience at the right moment.
