EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are registering to attend an event hosted by Greenlight Digital Ltd (“Event”). All references to “we” or “us” shall be to Greenlight Commerce Ltd and all references to “you” or “your” shall be to the person registering for the Event. Your attendance at the Event is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”):

  1. We have the right to cancel the Event or refuse entry to anyone at any Event without warning or explanation. The Event schedule, topics and speakers are subject to change, without notice.

  2. You are only able to attend the Event if you are 18 years old or over.

  3. You will be issued with a name badge showing your name, job title and company. We may ask you for proof of ID at the Event.

  4. For security purposes, we have the right to search all bags at the entrance to any Event.

  5. We have the right to change the date of the Event and will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

  6. We are not responsible for any attendee costs including accommodation, travel or visas.

  7. At the Event, we will inform you if we will take video recordings or photos or if the Event is livestreamed. If you do not wish to feature in such photos or recordings, please contact a member of staff at the Event. If you do feature in the recordings and photos, you consent to us using these recordings and photos for any purpose.

  8. We are not responsible for allergens contained in food and drink provided at any Event. If an attendee is sensitive to certain allergens, the attendee must inform us of the allergy at the time of registration.

  9. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or losses arising as a result of fraud or any other matter which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

  10. In respect of all other liability: (i) we shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, debt or otherwise, for: (a) any loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, depletion of goodwill (in each case whether direct or indirect) or (b) any indirect or consequential loss of any nature; and (ii) our liability for all losses, claims, liabilities or damages (either in contract, tort, debt or in any other cause of action) suffered by you arising out of, or in connection with, the Agreement and/or the Event shall be limited to £100.

  11. This Agreement sets out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the Event. All conditions, warranties or other terms concerning the Event which might otherwise be implied into this Agreement or any collateral contract (whether by statute or otherwise) are hereby expressly excluded.

  12. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

  13. This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England.


You agree that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation including those of a non-contractual nature.
