Brave Bison’s longstanding client Alofoke, owner of 13 channels within our network and one of the most influential entertainment streamers on YouTube, set out to push the limits of creator-led live content. His ambitious idea: Le Casa de Alofoke, a 24/7 livestreamed reality show broadcasting non-stop for over a month, featuring Latin America’s biggest stars, live performances, games, drama, and headline-worthy prizes.
To make it work, Alofoke needed full-throttle support across every stage, from content strategy and channel management to rights protection and PR amplification. Delivering a livestream of this scale demanded more than ambition, it needed Brave Bison’s end-to-end expertise to power the planning, protect the rights, and keep the show running 24/7. Together, we set out on a mission to break global records and reshape what audiences expect from YouTube Live.
Set across two seasons, Le Casa de Alofoke united online stars from across the Americas, both as participants and special guests. Beyond capturing their day-to-day lives, the 24/7 series showcased live performances from leading Latin American artists, engaging challenges, headline-making drama and significant prize money. Both livestreams went on to break Guinness World Records for the longest streams of all time with 30 and 38 days. The two streams also set new subsequent records for the most viewed live streams ever on YouTube with the 2nd stream achieving 700m views, cementing the show as one of the most ambitious creator-led events ever attempted on YouTube.
With unprecedented traffic sustained over such long durations, a massive wave of piracy quickly emerged across global platforms. Brave Bison deployed a fully integrated, end-to-end operation to protect, optimise and amplify the event at scale.
Our Audience Development and Channel Management teams curated and optimised content in real time, refining metadata, programming and distribution strategies to maximise discoverability, retention and subscriber growth throughout the 30- and 38-day broadcasts.
Simultaneously, our dedicated Rights Management team operated around the clock, monitoring major livestreaming and VOD platforms worldwide to prevent copycat uploads and unauthorised use. Over the course of the two seasons, we blocked more than 20,000 infringing VODs and hundreds of illegal live streams, safeguarding revenue and protecting visibility at critical peak moments.
To extend the show’s cultural impact beyond YouTube, we executed a strategic PR campaign across major U.S. media outlets in both traditional and digital spaces. This generated millions in earned media value, positioned Alofoke as a global entertainment innovator, and amplified audience growth far beyond the platform itself.
Through a powerful combination of Audience Development Strategy, Channel Management, always-on Rights Management and strategic PR, Brave Bison delivered comprehensive support for a groundbreaking global livestream event, significantly boosting revenue while protecting and scaling reach. Alofoke was even featured in YouTube’s CEO 2026 letter as a shining example of a content creator making waves and breaking new ground in monetisation.
