We developed The Power of Accents, a national campaign exploring how accents influence trust, connection, and perception in customer service and everyday life.
Backed by original survey data, the research revealed which accents Americans find most likeable, confident, friendly, or trustworthy, and how people feel about their own accents in professional settings. The findings positioned Answering Service Care at the heart of a nationwide conversation about voice, communication, and customer connection, which was an ideal fit for their service-led brand.

The campaign went on to earn placements and backlinks from national, regional, and industry-relevant publications, driving notable improvements in organic performance.
