Hitting new heights across YouTube and Shorts with the Australian Open


Our longtime client partner Tennis Australia had a new challenge for us. Not only were we tasked with reworking its content strategy, we were also in charge of executing that content, as well as boosting viewership and subscribers through channel management.


We created an in-tournament and year-round content strategy and were responsible for publishing all Tennis Australia content. We significantly improved the look and feel of the channel by creating colour coded playlists through our thumbnail designs and improved consistency across the channel. We also took on in-tournament Shorts production with the main aim of growing viewership and subscribers.
