British fashion retailer Temperley needed a website that mirrored the luxury of its unique womenswear pieces. The high-end fashion brand had a specific set of considerations that prioritised giving its customers the most seamless experience possible.
The website redesign had to smooth out the order management, shipping and returns process. Plus, it needed to be able to support the management of multiple fashion lines and bring these luxury collections alive online via storytelling content and video.

We migrated Temperley to the latest version of Magento 2 Commerce, providing a stable, scalable platform and streamlined backend operations to support the brand’s market growth and their B2B ambitions.
We also completely redesigned the website to reflect Temperley’s British heritage as a luxury fashion brand.
The new design relaunched some of their bespoke collections with an engaging shopping experience and a smooth checkout and returns process.
All CMS pages were built using Magento's Page Builder. This not only created richer shopping experiences but also simplified in-house management and updates, with drag and drop functionality rather than complicated HTML code.
Finally, we set up DHL Shipping integration to smooth out the packing and shipping process. The integration made for a stress-free online shopping experience, with a tracking number automatically sent to customers and the ability to print and manage return labels too.
