February 2026
We're thrilled to have appointed Ed Knights as Head of Growth, as the business accelerates its global expansion across marketing consultancy, training and execution.
Knights joins from Jungle Creations and brings over a decade of experience winning multi-channel new business briefs at digital, performance media and social agencies, along with a strong track record of designing and delivering high-performing commercial strategies.
He previously led growth and new business teams and expanded client portfolios for high-profile marketing agencies M&C Saatchi Performance and Born Social, the latter of which secured retained partnerships with Ford, Mars, Barclays, ASDA, and Kinder during his six-year tenure. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building scalable growth frameworks, improving conversion across complex sales cycles and aligning commercial, marketing and client service teams around ambitious revenue targets.
In his new role, Knights will report to Chief Marketing Officer Hannah Baker and lead Brave Bison’s growth team across three of its agency brands: Brave Bison, Engage Digital Partners and SocialChain. He will oversee a team of growth leads managing pitches spanning social-first brand and creative strategy, SEO consultancy, paid media and sports marketing, while evolving the group’s new business operations to drive greater efficiency and long-term revenue growth.
Knights will also be responsible for driving innovation across Brave Bison’s new business processes, as well as identifying and evolving new commercial models designed to unlock scalable growth and cross-selling opportunities across the company’s specialist teams.
Commenting on his appointment, Ed Knights said:
“Having followed the incredible progress of Brave Bison over the last few years, I am buzzing about this opportunity to join such a talented bunch. In an increasingly fragmented and complex digital landscape, Brave Bison are re-shaping the way a modern marketing company can support brands. Their vision to capitalise on this complexity is bringing to market something that is genuinely unique and refreshing.
The long term vision of the business, the upcoming plans for growth, and the long term opportunity for me to develop how Brave Bison supports brands from trend to spend is a challenge I couldn’t wait to get stuck into.”
Hannah Baker, Chief Marketing Officer at Brave Bison, added:
“After a phenomenal year of both organic and acquisitive growth, Brave Bison is entering 2026 as a fundamentally different business to the one we were just 12 months ago: with real momentum, and a broader, deeper set of specialist capabilities to apply to our clients’ most complex challenges. The creation of this role reflects our ambition for serious growth in the years to come.
Ed has the rare combination of operational excellence, broad specialist knowledge, commercial acumen and big-picture thinking we need to deliver on that ambition.
I can’t wait to work with him and our brilliant growth team to accelerate our next wave of innovation and growth.”
