Planeta Alofoke, the live streaming show from Dominican entertainment powerhouse Santiago Matías, the creator and owner of the Alofoke brand, has surpassed 300 million views, including more than 100 million from the US alone, cementing its position as one of the most-watched live digital entertainment formats on YouTube. With the stream still live and showing no signs of slowing down, that figure is only expected to grow in the months ahead.
Over more than a decade, Alofoke has built a live streaming format, weaving together music, culture, conversation, and real-time audience participation into a viewing experience that resonates across multiple international markets. Brave Bison has been a YouTube partner for more than 14 years and has worked with Alofoke since its inception, watching its organic audience grow into one of the most engaged communities in digital entertainment.
Planeta Alofoke continues to push boundaries in live digital entertainment, posting YouTube-verified viewership and engagement figures that reflect both the scale of its audience and the sustained growth the brand is seeing across social platforms. The new show builds on the success of the two previous seasons of La Casa de Alofoke, which broke Guinness World Records for the longest live streams of all time across both seasons, running for 30 and 38 days respectively, and went on to achieve 687 million views, making it the most viewed live stream in YouTube history.
Adam Raw, Managing Director of Media Network at Brave Bison, said: " After reaching 687million viewers with La Casa de Alofoke 2, the challenge was how to take the format to the next level. Planeta Alofoke builds on that momentum with an even more ambitious vision for always-on live streaming.
What Santiago Matías is attempting is unlike anything any creator has done before. The scale of the production is extraordinary, featuring a rotating cast of participants, daily challenges and tasks, live boxing matches, and performances from major artists flown in exclusively for the show, alongside real-time audience interaction, voting, and engagement mechanics.
Broadcast live, 24 hours a day for 55 days straight. It represents a step forward in how creator-led entertainment can be developed for YouTube and a global audience. We are excited to be continuing to work with Santiago and Alofoke on such innovative, record-breaking formats."
